Alireza Aboutalebi
QBH 100 Amp breaker

I was expecting a new one with this price but it was used one. It is working but I do not know for how long!

Hi Alireza,

I'm really sorry to hear that. Commander is an old line up and tend to have cosmetic issues like scratches which sometimes misleads customers into thinking they're used. If your breaker was previously used, it will have screw marks on the back brackets. Either way, we can definitely replace it. That said, if you've installed it and don't want to uninstall it, I don't expect you'll have an issues and you're covered under our warranty.
