Wrong breaker sent and Terrible service for tefund

I ordered an fpe stab lok 100A 2 pole breaker. They sent me an incompatible square D main panel breaker. After 3 calls and numerous emails they admitted they didn’t have it and just shipped me the other item without notification. No refund until I returned it. I sent back the item the same day and after a week no refund. They emailed me saying they will get to it at some point. This is absolutely the worst service and I do not trust them. Still have not received my refund. Inconceivable they would send you a totally different breaker than what was on their site. Plus that FPE breaker is still on their website and not taken down.

It looks like the breaker you ordered is discontinued and our team tried to send you the replacement model. I'll need to investigate why this didn't work for your panel but I can ensure you that your refund will be processed. They do tend to process returns in batches which is why your refund may take a few days.
