Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item and packaging must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Starting a Return

Please reply to your order confirmation email indicating which items you would like to return. 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there was a mistake on our end. 

While slower, Canada Post is the cheapest way to return an item back to us while Purolator Express is usually the fastest. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Please note returns over $1000 may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Defective Items (if applicable)
While extremely rare, if your item is defective, please reach out to us and we will replace it immediately. Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
