UPS delivered the breakers i had ordered to some random location. They sent a picture I did not recognize at all. This initself is no big deal, people make mistakes, and as long as a company is willing to fix them thats just a part of life.
However after calling UPS to see if they could find out where the package was they did not help at all. Their only responses were get the shipper to file a claim, or drive around myself see if I could find it.
Still haven't heard from the shipper if they have started the review process. But honestly the only important thing to take from this rant is dont ship.with UPS. Nothing like losing your package and then saying we can't help you contact someone else.
3 stars because canada breakers is a good company. If I could separately give UPS -10 I would.
