Hi Ying,

I've seen this before and it usually it means your order is there somewhere and you just need to figure out where the driver left it. If you reach out to the carrier they can ask the driver for more details but if you search different possible drop off locations in your community (mailbox, front desk etc), that's probably the easiest way to find it. That said, please reach out to our support team if you're unable to locate your package.
