Defect breaker

The breaker I received was defective.

Hi David,

The best thing to do is to reply to your order confirmation with a brief description of your issue and the support team will help you with that. It's pretty rare a breaker is defective so they'll hopefully be able to troubleshoot your issue. It may streamline things to include a picture of your panel label when you send the reply.

Worst case, you're covered by warranty and they'll send you a replacement right away.
