I had searched locally for this specific breaker - and none was to be found.

Looked good on arrival, but had the same problem as the old one.
It has been sent back.

Hi Robert,

I've seen this before with Eaton quad breakers and there's a little bit of a trick to get locking mechanisms to engage. Try putting all the handles in the on and off positions. If you play with the handles a bit, you should be able to engage the mechanism.
