I got what I ordered.

When my septic system pump stopped working, my initial thought was the pump, but it turned out to be the breaker. It took a bit of research but the breaker I needed was a specialized item because it mounts on a din rail and wasn't available at my local building supply shop. Luckily I found Canada Breakers online and was able to identify the exact breaker I wanted. They shipped the same day and when it arrived it was exactly what I needed to repair the faulty breaker in my septic system. I would highly recommend them for their website which was easy to use and the speed of shipment.

Why buy breakers from a box store when they are always cheaper here? The customer service is very responsive and helpful and the shipping is free if you buy a couple. I will be sending my friends here for sure.

Even after holding an order for 3 months to find out it was the wrong parts, David allowed me to return the wrong part and did his best to try and find the correct part for my application.
