Service from Canada Breaker was terrific but…

The shipping and communications and updates was first class. I do have a question about the 2 pole square D gfci that I received. It seems to function fine but on one terminal the locked on screw and wire seem to move around inside if you jiggle the wire. Is this normal? I could send a video.
