    Misleading Circuit breaker error - EATON even with all my cares to call you.

    Despite my best efforts calling and seeing pictures of the circuit breakers in your website, the model:
    BQLT-15-240 - Order 15/40/40/15 amp Quad Circuit Breaker (EATON) was not the right one and the electrician was not able to install it in my Sylvania BC 40200 electrical panel. It was missing two stripes on the back for a good fit. INCREDIBLY sad for us.
    I will contact your customer service tomorrow Monday April 15th.

    Unforuntatley your Sylvania panel takes Commander QBH breakers which only come in 1 and 2 pole formats.

    Eaton Bolt on Breakers

    Took longer to receive then instructed.

    Breakers were suppose to be new and were clearly refurbished

    Hi David,

    I checked your tracking and it looks like UPS had a sorting issue. I'm sorry for the delay but this is a rare issue and I wouldn't expect it in the future.

    I have noticed that the BQLT quad breakers tend to look rougher than Eaton's more modern line up of breakers. If you check the brackets at the back of the breaker, you'll see a circle scratch mark if these have been previously installed. I'm guessing you'll find them to be new and uninstalled but if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to support for a replacement. We should be able to overnight them to your location.

    The breaker was damaged, the tabs were bent, seemed odd because it did arrive with bubble wrap. Bent them back and hopefully not an issue. Would still consider using your services again.

    Breaker worked but crazy expensive

    I needed to add a 240V breaker to my Commander panel for an EV charger and this was the only compatible one I could find. It worked great but was almost $200 which is insane for a simple quad breaker
