Great service

Great selection, great prices fantastic service. From time I ordered to the time it was delivered to my door was a day in a half. Thanks guys!

I’ve now ordered twice from this supplier and been deeply impressed by the quality of their customer service department.

I made a mistake on my first order, e-mailed them the next day and not only did they ship the modified order the next business day, they managed to find a breaker that was shown to be out of stock on their web site, with a detailed and friendly verbal explanation as to how they managed to accomplish this feat.

The second order appeared to include a defective breaker. With no fuss at all, they shipped me a replacement breaker AND return label for the “defective” one the very same day I called. The new breaker seemed to have the same issue as the “defective” one. It turns out that neither had anything at all wrong with it. Michael called me to explain patiently and kindly that the “loose” switch on my quad breaker has to be pulled down to the OFF position… and “a bit beyond” until a faint click was heard. It worked!

Delightful people, prompt shipping and highly responsive. They have my full vote of confidence!

The prices are fantastic - beating the box stores quite substantially. The service is truly outstanding and responsive. With free shipping on orders over $49 - I can't think of a single reason not to shop here. I wish them every possible success.
