    My order was processed and shipped within hours of being placed, and the breaker was very carefully wrapped and secured in the shipping box so it would withstand the trials and tribulations of the cross country shipping process.     Will never use again not only was your express delivery horrible, you also sent the wrong order I will never use this company again then when I inquired about these issues I’ve yet to speak to someone

    We apologize for the negative experience you had with our service. I reviewed your order and it looks like our team shipped your order using an express method almost immediately after receiving your order. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it it out of our control at that point. I checked your tracking and it looks like the carrier had a weather issue:

    Fri. Feb. 16, 2024 - 5:25 a.m. EDMONTON , AB Weather delay - service will resume weather permitting

    Again, we have no control over this but it is rare and given how fast our team ships express orders, I would expect you to receive future orders quickly.

    Regarding an incorrect part, when I searched our emails using your email address and order number, I couldn't find any correspondence regarding this issue. Usually when this happens there's a typo in the email address. To avoid this, please reply to your order confirmation with a picture of what you received and we can get a replacement out right away if there's an issue.
