over charge

i asked for pricing on a breaker then when i received confirmation to go ahead with the project i went back to these guys and the cost of the breaker went from $10.000.00 to $15,000.00 so i went looking for the breaker somewhere else then when i asked for the mounting hardware for the breaker it was a much more higher number then it was before

if you ask them for a quote on a breaker they will give you a cost then if you look for it one there site it will be at a lower price

i have purchased many breakers from these guys before i do not know what the problem is now

watch out for these guy they are not always honest

I'm really sorry for this. It looks like there was a three month gap between quotes and the original breaker we had quoted you had been sold. In this case, the next available option happened to be significantly more expensive. A price discrepancy this big is rare but it was primarily related to the rarity of the breaker, supply issues with that model and all the price increases over the last few years. It's probably easier for me to explain this by phone if you would like to discuss it but I can assure you this wasn't an issue with honesty.
