overpriced and expensive shipping

I only purchased this breaker because it was hugely discounted. It was normally $46 something on special for $10. Now I see its $25. I've seen this breaker at home depot for $12 but a different amperage. I did check but found out later Lowes had it for $15. I paid over $13 for shipping. I hate it when the shipping is more than the item. I got it fast because it was express shipping. I would have been ok with slower shipping if they offered a better choice but they did not
