lack of technical support

The order met my expectations (which wasn't high, as this is the first time dealing with you), prompt delivery, etc. however I would’ve liked (when I requested a formal quote, which I did not get, instead got an e-mail showing the links with the prices) info regarding anything we might need to also get to connect the units to our setup.

During install, we found that we also needed a GE Spectra RMS™ TCAL18 Type TCAL Lug Terminal Kit, 12 to 3/0 AWG, For Use With 1-Pole SEDA, SEHA, SELA, SEPA, AL18 Frame Molded Case Circuit Breaker (or compatible alternative). I have found what we needed but would’ve been nice to have you ask about our installation and if we would need any mounting/connecting hardware/equipment/components and then help us find them. Would’ve saved me 30 mins. or so.

Perfect match!

Works great, as described. Matches all of the other breakers in the panel. Easy installation and simply fits perfectly. (In the picture I am pointing to it with a screw driver)
