Great Service

Communication was great. Informed the order was placed. Informed when it shipped (next day). Informed the order was out for delivery.

I don't think the ink was dry before the order arrived.

Four Stars

Best prices on breakers although subpanel was a bit more expansive than elsewhere. Really quick shipping, quick support and refund for one of the defective breaker.

Quality Part

I had a couple of circuits in my 4-5 year old home that were popping under minor loads (couldn't run more than 1 normal PC in a room). I dug about in the circuit panel and discovered that both of the circuits were controlled by these fault-controlled breakers that are now often used where an outlet is near a water source. I replaced the two switches (turn off power to the panel, 4 screws to open it. pull the old breaker, 3-4 screws to wire-up the new breaker, clip in the new breaker, close up panel, turn on power... check YouTube for a how-to) and poof! Everything works as it should again.

A fraction of the price vs. a local electrical ...

A fraction of the price vs. a local electrical supplier. Installed and it worked without issue. Tested it by plugging in my table saw and tripped the breaker as expected. (many electric motors produce arching which should trip an AFCI breaker)
