Wrong Breaker

I ordered a commander breaker and received something totally different , i had to have the electrician hunt around for the right breaker, it cost me an extra $150 just for that over and above the installation, I’m not too happy at this point

I'm really sorry to hear that. Commander is tricky because there are two families of Commander breakers (BQL and QBH). I don't see any record of you reaching out to support so I'm guessing you needed a QBH Commander breaker instead of the BQL. I'll see if there's anything we can do on our end to make that clearer for someone in your position.
