Shipping damage.

Received my order - 200 amp panel and 6 breakers - corner bent on one side - assume it was dropped during shipping - not the suppliers fault - i blame UPS - other than that ... parts look good - installing now.
Recieved a 50 $ refund for damage - thank you B.C.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. You are completely covered by warranty so please reach out to support if you would like a replacement. You may be able to bend it back but support can also help you troubleshoot that as well if that's a better solution.

Stay away from Canada Breakers

I ordered about $850.00 of product from Canada Breakers.
The credit card was charged but I didn't receive a thing.
The delivery date has come and gone with no indication of if I will ever receive what was paid for. I am very disappointed.
Canada Breakers appeared to be a reputable company but have proven otherwise.

I checked your tracking and their appears to be a delay with your local distribution centre in St. John's, NL.

I'll send you a separate email with your tracking link so you can keep an eye on it but I'd expect that you'll recieve your order soon.

If you can't find the tracking emails, it's possible they're going to a promotion folder in Hotmail but I'm afraid I'm not familiar with how Hotmail's inbox is organized.
