breaker delivery

Canada Breaker was great, they had the breakers in stock and quick to ship. This is where the issues started the shipper is owned by the postal service and the postal service went on strike, as the shipper will not deliver to my address, and transfers all packages to the postal service, and this is where my package sat in limbo.
